  • •Experience leading requirements elicitation, workshops, and stakeholder sessions, including engagement with senior executives.
  • •Strong understanding of transformation strategy, including current/future-state analysis, operating models, prioritization, roadmaps, and process re-engineering.
  • •Experience developing business cases and recommendations that clearly communicate value, priorities, and solutions to senior stakeholders.
