Quantity Surveyor (Roads and Infrastructure)

Lead site-based cost management for post-contract delivery on major roads and infrastructure projects, partnering daily with the AECOM site supervision team. Manage commercial activities including evaluating claims, preparing monthly cost reports, assessing progress payments and change requests, and producing earned value and cash-flow updates. Review and value scopes of work, estimate and negotiate variations and final accounts settlements, while guiding and supporting the commercial team.
