Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, deploy, and version Amazon Connect contact flows.
  • •Configure and maintain Amazon Connect resources including queues, routing profiles, and hours of operation.
  • •Develop and integrate Lex bots where applicable and validate IVR behavior during failure scenarios (timeouts, API errors, downstream/dependency degradation).
  • •Build and maintain AWS Lambda functions supporting IVR workflows and develop API endpoints consumed by IVR flows.
  • •Implement secure, configurable development practices (external configuration and managed secrets), structured logging, robust error handling/retry strategies, and CI/CD-based deployments with runbook-driven delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65 - 70 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of hands-on experience building Amazon Connect solutions, including contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and hours of operation.
  • •Strong AWS serverless development experience, including AWS Lambda using Node.js or Python.
  • •Experience designing and integrating API endpoints and patterns that support IVR workflows.
  • •Experience using DynamoDB to support IVR use cases such as routing state and lookup/stateful interactions.
  • •Experience with secure configuration and secrets management (e.g., AWS Secrets Manager and/or Parameter Store) and delivering via CI/CD pipelines.
