  • •Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, run testing cycles, resolve issues, and ensure cutover readiness.
  • •Run data validation and audits across HRIS and downstream systems to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance through reporting.
  • •Support system releases and enhancements by testing changes, documenting outcomes, and triaging issues.
  • •Train team members and system users, and build SOPs and job aids to keep HRIS processes accurate and scalable.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including configuration and production support.
  • •Direct experience with one or more Workday modules: HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, or Absence.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to reconcile data, identify root causes, and troubleshoot discrepancies across systems.
  • •Strong attention to detail with a track record managing employee data with accuracy and appropriate controls.
