Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular analytical audits of human moderation to ensure compliance with data protection and Trust & Safety standards while meeting audit targets.
  • •Perform RCA deep-dives on recurring quality issues, identify error patterns, and translate findings into actionable feedback for operational guidelines.
  • •Provide expert judgment on complex, ambiguous, or high-risk cases under quality methodologies and validate benchmark data to guide enforcement accuracy.
  • •Lead calibration sessions for consistent moderation outcomes and partner with cross-functional teams to align on global quality goals.
  • •Resolve unprecedented edge cases, ensure policy updates are cascaded and implemented, and lead/support training rollouts for policy and guideline changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience conducting analytical quality audits and maintaining data integrity in a trust & safety, compliance, or high-volume operational environment.
  • •Strong skills in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify error patterns and recommend process optimizations that reduce error rates while maintaining high moderation speed.
  • •Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs to make expert judgments on complex or high-risk escalation cases.
  • •Excellent cross-functional communication to lead calibration sessions and deliver training aligned to global quality goals.
  • •Fluency in German and English; use QA dashboards/calibration tools and AI to streamline workflows and provide actionable feedback.
