Electronics Test Team Leader

Lead a team of assembly and test/repair technicians in Crawley, managing daily workflows to deliver manufacture and repair targets for customer and developmental products. Partner with the APRU/Cell Manager on planning and workload coordination, drive quality/cost/delivery performance, and ensure adherence to manufacturing processes and documentation. Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture through coaching, continuous improvement, and skills/training identification, while keeping test equipment available and calibrated.
