Key Responsibilities

  • •Own your function’s AI strategy aligned with an Executive Sponsor and business priorities, including defining metrics and tracking progress.
  • •Map work flows across your function, identify constraints, and prioritize AI opportunities that can deliver order-of-magnitude improvements.
  • •Drive adoption and change management by building channels, rituals, feedback loops, and coordinating rollout and iteration with the AI Engineer.
  • •Build and operate AI agents at the no-code/low-code layer, including configuring MCP tools/servers, authoring skills files, and running evaluations.
  • •Coordinate a champion network to extend reach, run regular syncs, host demos, and bridge learnings to Enterprise AI without directly managing them.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep knowledge of your function’s operations and ability to trace processes end-to-end, including upstream/downstream handoffs.
  • •Strategic prioritization experience, making hard tradeoffs based on business outcomes and measurable impact.
  • •A product management mindset covering intake, backlog, iteration, and defining/owning success metrics.
  • •Ability to build and troubleshoot AI agents using no-code/low-code platforms (power user capability, not production code).
  • •Strong communication and influence, including the credibility to shift priorities and align cross-functionally without formal authority.
