Key Responsibilities

•Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to solution alignment, demo, negotiation, and close.
•Lead high-quality discovery calls to uncover business outcomes and technical requirements, translating them into a clear value narrative.
•Deliver live demos and tailored storytelling to guide customers through evaluation, including light solution design (workspace architecture, permissions, integrations).
•Navigate complex security, legal, and procurement requirements with cross-functional partners to progress opportunities.
•Forecast accurately and maintain high-velocity execution to meet or exceed quota, while partnering with Solutions, Product, and Marketing to feedback customer insights.

Key Requirements

•4–7+ years of closing experience in a full-cycle quota-carrying role (or adjacent role with clear closing exposure)
•Experience selling into technical buyer personas (e.g., CIO/CTO/VP Eng/VP Product) and translating product capabilities into workflow and ROI narratives
•Outbound discipline with pipeline creation and a full-cycle sales capability (discovery, demo, closing)
•Demonstrated ability to run multi-threaded deals and influence across complex customer organizations
•Fluency in English and Polish
