Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Owner’s Representative and lead piping supervisor activities across construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover phases.
  • •Ensure contractor compliance with project HSES requirements, site regulations, permit-to-work systems, and client procedures.
  • •Supervise piping construction to ensure compliance with AFC drawings, specifications, ITPs, procedures, and site instructions.
  • •Monitor safety, quality, progress, and productivity; coordinate contractor supervision and engineering teams to develop daily and weekly work plans.
  • •Review availability of drawings, materials, equipment, tools, and workforce; identify constraints and communicate impacts to the Discipline Superintendent.

Key Requirements

  • •Be able to work lawfully in Thailand with full working rights and pass a Thai Police Check and pre-employment medical (drug and alcohol screen).
  • •Have 10+ years of industry experience, including proven experience as a Piping Supervisor on an EPCM project in refinery/petrochemical/oil & gas/heavy industrial sectors.
  • •Supervise piping fabrication, erection, and construction activities on refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects.
  • •Demonstrate capability managing contractors and delivering safe, effective construction execution.
  • •Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related) or a relevant High School/Vocational/Diploma qualification, and be a Registered Safety Officer at supervisor level with strong HSES knowledge.
