Sr HR Generalist

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and HR policies. Support talent acquisition through recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding. Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR issues while driving employee engagement and workforce development. Report to the Director of HR and work from the Richardson, TX site on a hybrid schedule, helping align HR policies and procedures with business objectives and local labor laws.
