Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional engineers, research scientists, technical program managers, and product managers to deliver AI-powered products.
  • •Develop and maintain platform architecture with living diagrams and canonical APIs covering agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, prompt libraries, and multi-tenant policy enforcement.
  • •Standardize and automate agentic workflows by evaluating agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, LlamaIndex) and hardening/blending the best patterns for enterprise needs.
  • •Build developer tooling including an end-to-end GenAI SDK, CLI, and starter kits to help teams spin up secure, observable agentic workflows quickly.
  • •Own central Helm charts and operational Kubernetes artifacts (operators/CRDs) to auto-scale agents to meet tenant SLAs, while advancing trust and safety guardrail services and performance optimization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 293,600 - 335,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or AI plus 8+ years developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies, or a Master’s plus 6+ years.
  • •8+ years programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
  • •8+ years experience deploying scalable and responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) OR equivalent private cloud.
  • •8+ years designing mission-critical machine learning platforms.
  • •Deep understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and multi-tenant security patterns.
