Key Responsibilities

  • •Build People operations systems for how people join, get good fast, set expectations, give feedback, and how pay and leveling are handled.
  • •Scope and ship programs like products: identify real needs, launch a first version, measure impact, and iterate continuously.
  • •Operate every new program through its first full cycle and capture real-world failure modes and fixes.
  • •Ensure programs are transferable by producing written runbooks so someone else can run them without you after handoff.
  • •Set the standard for AI usage in the function, integrating automation, internal tools, and analytics; build dashboards showing who’s thriving, at risk, and where the org is thin.
