Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome arriving residents and guests and assist them in a friendly, caring manner according to Kempinski standards.
  • •Handle registration protocols for residents and guests entering and exiting the gym.
  • •Maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization of the fitness floor, studios, and equipment throughout the shift, including towel and accessory handling.
  • •Conduct daily inspections of cardio, strength, and functional training equipment, and log/report broken or malfunctioning equipment to residence management.
  • •Track daily inventory of towels, cleaning products, amenities, and beverages; provide assistance with orientation tours, equipment setup, and basic technical guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years in a similar position.
  • •Preferably experience within a 5-star property or residences.
  • •Mature and customer focused.
  • •Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment.
  • •Fluent in English (verbally and written).
