Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide Clients with experience-led advice on delivering multi-million pound capital programmes.
  • •Lead commercial delivery within the contract and cost management team across South Wales, Midlands and Northwest England.
  • •Travel to client offices and project sites as required to support delivery.
  • •Collaborate with clients and internal teams to share best practices and drive efficiencies.
  • •Support lifecycle cost management, procurement, and reporting to ensure project success.

Key Requirements

  • •Contract Management (NEC3, Option A, C & E preferred).
  • •Cost Management and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Change management and control, including valuation.
  • •Risk management and procurement experience.
  • •Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject and professional body membership or working towards.
