•Provide Clients with experience-led advice on delivering multi-million pound capital programmes.

•Travel to client offices and project sites as required to support delivery.
•Collaborate with clients and internal teams to share best practices and drive efficiencies.
•Support lifecycle cost management, procurement, and reporting to ensure project success.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Contract Management (NEC3, Option A, C & E preferred).
•Cost Management and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
•Change management and control, including valuation.
•Risk management and procurement experience.
•Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject and professional body membership or working towards.
