Assistant Store Leader

Partner with the Store Leader to maximize store productivity and profitability through leadership, coaching, and operational excellence. Lead a client-focused sales floor, drive omni-channel and virtual selling, and ensure strong clienteling and loyalty programs. Recruit, onboard, and develop associates, manage KPIs, and coach to results. Maintain brand and visual standards, oversee opening/closing, cash handling, loss prevention, and inventory accuracy while supporting live stream shopping and social-driven engagement.
