Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to customers’ tables promptly and accurately.
  • •Verify orders are complete and presented correctly by matching items against the order ticket.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area by clearing and resetting tables as needed.
  • •Coordinate order delivery with kitchen and bar staff and handle issues or special requests from customers.
  • •Support front-of-house operations by assisting servers and hosts and helping with bussing and refilling beverages.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of working experience, with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong attention to detail to verify orders against tickets and address any discrepancies.
  • •Effective communication to coordinate with kitchen and bar staff and respond to customer questions or requests.
  • •Ability to manage multiple orders efficiently to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
