Non-Technical Graduate

Join a structured 9-month graduate program based in an office in Windsor or Edinburgh. You’ll complete relevant onboarding and training, develop knowledge of company products and processes, and support team projects while building transferable workplace skills. With personalised mentorship and a programme to track progress, you’ll work independently and collaboratively, with possible opportunities to move into a permanent role after the contract ends.
