Supervisor Production - 2nd Shift

Supervise production operations to maintain high output, quality, and yields while ensuring a safe working environment. Monitor daily production orders, ensure staffing and line readiness, oversee equipment and workstation readiness for USDA inspection, and manage inventory rotation and product coding. Lead safety practices through daily promotion and monthly meetings, perform human relations duties including training and counseling, and collaborate with other supervisors to resolve processing issues.
