•Provide tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations to meet clients’ needs.
•Educate and empower clients using product expertise and trend knowledge.
•Stay ahead of beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice.
•Drive results by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
•Support inventory and merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 18.85 - 23.55 hourly

•Provide excellent service and build strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
•Have a passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
•Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Work as a team player in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
•Be able to quickly learn and share product knowledge, and physically lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
