Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and development of robust research frameworks aligned to client objectives.
  • •Oversee data collection, including survey deployment and fieldwork execution; design and facilitate qualitative research such as focus groups and in-depth interviews.
  • •Apply qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to produce actionable insights and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations.
  • •Manage delivery of small and medium projects, ensuring quality standards, programme deadlines, and budget requirements are met.
  • •Provide client liaison without supervision, present technical findings to diverse audiences, and provide supervision and mentoring to junior colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or above in a relevant field (e.g., Social Science, Market Research, Geography) and/or relevant MRS qualifications.
  • •Prior experience delivering social and market research projects end-to-end, including research design, project delivery, and client management.
  • •Strong organisational skills to prioritise and work to deadlines.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail for high-quality outputs.
  • •Comfortable using MS Excel; ability and desire to learn survey programming (SNAP and Askia) and data management (SPSS).
