Job Summary

Analyze complex data to derive actionable insights and support data-driven decisions. Gather and translate business requirements into KPIs, metrics, and reporting solutions, and continuously improve KPI and reporting structures. Ensure high data quality through plausibility checks and anomaly detection while collaborating closely with the Data Engineering team. Advise and train business stakeholders on self-service BI, and contribute to data governance standards and data privacy compliance.

Key Requirements

•Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, mathematics, statistics, or a comparable qualification with relevant experience.
•Several years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a comparable role, with very good SQL skills.
•Experience with BI tools such as IBM Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau, plus strong understanding of data modeling and reporting.
•Strong understanding of business KPIs and the ability to translate business requirements into analytical questions and meaningful reports.
•Fluent German and English communication skills for working in an international environment.
