Job Summary

Drive growth for TikTok’s US Commerce by scaling a portfolio of enterprise beauty partners and leading the end-to-end business development process. Build and continually improve a qualified prospect pipeline, target high-potential sellers, and craft compelling pitch materials. Partner cross-functionally to support onboarding and integration, optimize seller acquisition, and use reporting and analysis to monitor and improve onboarding and category performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Category leadership to identify and prioritize high-potential beauty sellers and lead the end-to-end business development process.
•Build and continuously advance a qualified pipeline based on opportunity size, readiness, and ability to execute content commerce and meet BD goals.
•Understand the beauty category space to target brands and create pitch materials and processes that deliver the right outcomes.
•Work with cross-functional teams to support brand onboarding and integration and keep the BD pipeline progressing quickly.
•Develop reporting and analysis to monitor, measure, and optimize seller onboarding, while coordinating resources to drive seller acquisition results.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in business development, vendor acquisition, or sales for a retailer, marketplace, or ecommerce platform.
•Experience working with consumable brands and sellers (or equivalent).
•Experience engaging with and influencing executive leadership in B2B settings and negotiating BD outcomes.
•Experience managing scalable processes to meet monthly and quarterly OKRs, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•Ability to thrive in ambiguity with proactive, resilient, quick-learning behavior.
