Own and write Ziina’s in-product and lifecycle content, shaping the product voice across error states, onboarding, confirmations, emails, notifications, help center content, and support macros. Partner with Product & Design in Figma to prototype content early and improve information architecture. Define scalable voice, tone, and terminology frameworks, iterate using A/B testing and conversion data, and build AI-assisted content workflows to help the team scale high-quality communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and write in-product and lifecycle copy including error/empty states, onboarding, confirmations, transactional emails, push notifications, help center content, and support macros.
•Partner with Product & Design in Figma to shape user flows, contribute to information architecture, and prototype content early.
•Define and evolve Ziina’s voice and tone guidelines, including terminology frameworks, naming conventions, and content principles.
•Establish and maintain a cohesive content system to ensure consistency and clarity across product and communication surfaces.
•Improve messaging using A/B testing, usability insights, and conversion data; support brand and marketing by contributing to campaign messaging.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy embedded within product or design teams.
•Built and implemented content systems such as voice and tone guidelines, terminology frameworks, or component libraries.
•Strong UX writing across varied content types, including exposure to brand or marketing writing.
•Comfort working in Figma and contributing directly to product flows, annotations, and design critiques.
•Use data and research to inform content decisions and improve user outcomes.
