Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the global Financial Planning & Analysis function, including annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
  • •Serve as a strategic financial advisor to executive and business leadership with insights on performance, risks, opportunities, trends, and key drivers.
  • •Provide executive oversight of Treasury, including liquidity and cash management, cash-flow forecasting, banking relationships, working capital optimization, and financial risk management.
  • •Provide strategic leadership for Accounts Payable to ensure efficient, controlled payments while driving process improvement, automation, scalability, and procure-to-pay practices.
  • •Develop and lead high-performing finance teams, establish accountability, maintain financial policies/controls/governance, and partner cross-functionally to align financial strategy with business objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •10+ years leading and developing finance teams, preferably in a large, complex, or global organization.
  • •15+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, treasury, accounting, or related disciplines, including significant leadership experience.
  • •Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and long-range strategic planning.
  • •Strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash flow/liquidity management, working capital, banking relationships, and financial risk management.
