•Support clients with career development activities such as resume review, cover letter feedback, and LinkedIn review.
•Deliver interview preparation and networking strategy to help clients navigate their career path in international relations.
•Advise clients on salary negotiation, freelancing, and ongoing skill building.
•Host sessions virtually, set your own hours and rates, and partner with the team to deliver a high-quality client experience.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience in international relations, diplomacy, or a related field.
•Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
•A clear, structured approach to helping clients break into and grow within international relations.
•Ability to guide clients on foreign policy, diplomacy, international law, international trade, and global security.
•Experience advising on cross-cultural communication and conflict resolution/negotiation skills.
