Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate core agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, iteration planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and iteration demos.
  • •Partner with the Product Owner to define iteration and PI goals and facilitate PI planning breakout sessions for team alignment.
  • •Proactively manage the backlog by removing blockers, identifying dependencies, and keeping development activities on track.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements while protecting the team from scope creep by enforcing capacity and priority constraints.
  • •Remove impediments and mentor the team on value-added processes to drive continuous improvement under general direction.
