Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise strategically at project conception, recommending approaches to meet client objectives.
  • •Establish success criteria across time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
  • •Manage quality, safety, health, and environment issues and set up project governance, processes, and systems.
  • •Lead project planning, detailed project plan production, and procurement/resource advice.
  • •Manage project delivery through change control, project finances, team/client information flow, progress reporting, and client/consultant interfacing.

Key Requirements

  • •Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred.
  • •Professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture.
  • •Chartered status (or on path to achieving it).
  • •Thorough understanding of the total project life cycle from conception through completion and post-project review.
  • •Excellent knowledge and experience of core project management concepts, tools, and techniques, with design/management/construction experience in general construction (e.g., residential, office, fit-outs; health & education).
