Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide onsite support to develop and maintain the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project based on customer scope.
  • •Detail plan and maintain the IMS through the program lifecycle, incorporating contractual and programmatic changes into current schedule baselines.
  • •Ensure the IMS remains compliant with government customer requirements across all program phases.
  • •Ensure the IMS is resource loaded for applicable scope, with target budgets and cost/schedule integration.
  • •Conduct detailed IMS analysis (quality, completeness, compliance), including critical path and schedule variance analysis and “what-if” exercises; communicate status to planning leads, program managers, customers, and senior management as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of Program Planning/Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience.
  • •Experience using scheduling software to create and maintain industry schedules (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar).
  • •Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and evaluating critical path and/or workflow.
  • •Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business processes.
  • •Experience analyzing schedule data, including schedule metrics/trends and Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) (preferred).
