Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to revenues and profits of shop operations and assist customers with purchase choices while adhering to company standards.
  • •Produce weekly and monthly sales reports and monitor KPIs to drive the business forward.
  • •Achieve annual sales targets based on revenues and profits in UAE souvenir shops.
  • •Maintain product accuracy by controlling monthly stock takes and reporting inventory to Finance.
  • •Maintain shop aesthetics and ensure security and safe keeping of products, cash, and shop elements while supporting quality control.

Key Requirements

  • •12 years schooling or equivalent.
  • •Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, with proficiency to read, write, and speak Arabic.
  • •Ability to work unsupervised in a busy environment.
  • •Good knowledge of the airline industry, sports events, and retail in general.
  • •Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel and experienced with retail point of sale systems.
