Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide Tier III operational support for enterprise Identity Provider (IdP) services used by millions of DoD users.
  • •Perform daily operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Microsoft ADFS infrastructure supporting authentication and federation.
  • •Investigate and resolve complex incidents involving certificates, tokens, claims rules, and federation trust/identity assertion issues.
  • •Manage and resolve ITSM tickets (incident, problem, change) in coordination with engineering, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams.
  • •Support enterprise onboarding/integration and sustain authentication services through certificate lifecycle management, health checks, patch validation, and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Active Secret Clearance and be able to obtain/maintain Secret; interim clearances are not allowed.
  • •5+ years of experience with at least 3 years supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM), Authentication, Federation, or ICAM technologies.
  • •Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft ADFS in enterprise operational environments and strong understanding of authentication/authorization/federation concepts.
  • •Experience with federation/authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), WS-Federation, certificates and related identity technologies.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline (or equivalent) and DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or higher).
