Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead manufacturing team efforts to achieve production schedule goals and exceed customer expectations.
  • •Establish and maintain a continuous improvement manufacturing environment; recommend improvements to methods, equipment, procedures, and working conditions.
  • •Coordinate resources to execute the production plan on time and resolve manufacturing problems promptly while improving processes for internal and external customer demands.
  • •Drive activities to reduce past due, scrap, rework, and overtime cost while meeting safety and quality objectives.
  • •Participate in new product development using ProLaunch, act as manufacturing liaison from inception to shipment, and lead training/cross-training and root-cause corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or equivalent.
  • •5+ years of experience, with strong production management experience.

  • •Technical understanding of Kaizen and awareness of lean manufacturing practices.
