Own the full lifecycle of robot wiring harness systems, from prototype through high-volume production. Develop and scale manufacturing processes to assemble, route, test, and integrate harnesses consistently for reliable robot performance. Establish repeatable standards, documentation, and process controls; drive supplier/contract manufacturer improvements; and lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions to reduce harness defects during assembly, integration, and field operation.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the full lifecycle of robot wiring systems from prototype through high-volume production.
•Develop and scale manufacturing processes to ensure harnesses are assembled, routed, tested, and integrated consistently.
•Establish and maintain manufacturing standards, documentation, and process controls for repeatable harness production at scale.
•Drive supplier and contract manufacturer performance improvements to increase yield, reduce cost, and support ramp targets.
•Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions to reduce harness-related defects across assembly, integration, and field operation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
•Experience developing and scaling manufacturing processes for wiring harnesses or electromechanical assemblies.
•Hands-on experience with crimping tools, soldering, continuity testing, hi-pot testing, and assembly process validation.
•Experience creating and releasing production documentation using formal ECO and change control processes.
•Experience working with contract manufacturers or production teams to scale builds and resolve manufacturing issues.
