Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • •Experience developing and scaling manufacturing processes for wiring harnesses or electromechanical assemblies.
  • •Hands-on experience with crimping tools, soldering, continuity testing, hi-pot testing, and assembly process validation.
  • •Experience creating and releasing production documentation using formal ECO and change control processes.
  • •Experience working with contract manufacturers or production teams to scale builds and resolve manufacturing issues.
