Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cost management and estimating activities across the programme to ensure consistent, accurate cost estimates and elemental cost plans for capital building projects.
  • •Collaborate with scheme leads (Precontract, Post Contract, Data, Tools & Policies and Risk) to provide cost management and estimating expertise.
  • •Support scheme delivery to maintain control of the approved baseline including cost assurance, risk review and data verification.
  • •Deliver high-quality outputs aligned to the cost management estimating function tasks and outputs for client satisfaction.
  • •Contribute to change control including cost assessment of changes and reporting to support commercial decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience using NRM1/2 across projects of different scale.
  • •Relevant technical qualification with demonstrable track record in delivering major projects and programmes of significant value and complexity.
  • •Strong client-focused approach with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • •Working towards or holding an applicable professional qualification.
  • •Experience in construction consultancy, healthcare/life science projects, or digital software for project management is advantageous.
