Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop Quality Inspectors across three shifts, ensuring expectations for inspection accuracy, productivity, attendance, safety, and quality procedure adherence.
  • •Ensure inspection activities comply with AS9100, FAA requirements, customer specifications, engineering drawings, and applicable aerospace standards.
  • •Oversee receiving, in-process, final, first article, and source inspection activities as applicable.
  • •Lead investigations for nonconforming material, escapes, customer complaints, and internal quality issues; drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA/8D).
  • •Coordinate quality priorities and staffing across shifts; run shift meetings and support internal/customer/regulatory audits with timely closure of findings.

Key Requirements
