Lead design and architecture of UiPath-based RPA solutions for enterprise customers, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality automation while aligning with client strategy and best practices in coding, design, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Designing and architecting the RPA solution using UiPath.
•Leading the design, specification and selection of RPA solutions with focus on functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.
•Partner with customers to identify enterprise-level RPA strategy and customized solutions.
•Knowledge of Intelligent Process Automation (Machine Learning, NLP, Cognitive).
•Keeping solution up-to-date with evolving UiPath features and customer requirements.
•Providing pre-sales support during RFI/RFP and PoC stages, including drafting responses.
•Supporting the development team in developing solutions and quick fixes.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years experience in a professional senior technical role (e.g. technical lead, team lead or architect), ideally for a system integrator.
•UiPath advanced certification completed.
•Experience in programming (VB, C#, .NET, C++,) and databases (SQL).
•Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
•Self-starter who can prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment.
