•Own end-to-end program management discipline for a defined portfolio of high-impact Support & Digital Experience programs.
•Partner with Support, Product, Engineering, IT, Finance, and Operations to scope, sequence, and execute programs with clear ownership, dependencies, and success measures.
•Maintain integrated program visibility across scope, progress, risks, decisions, and business outcomes, including dashboards and metrics.
•Apply and improve program management standards (schedules, dependency maps, risk registers, decision logs, and escalation paths).
•Lead transformation initiatives supporting customer self-service and operational execution maturity, including change management and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in technical program management (or support operations/product operations/engineering program management) with 5+ years leading cross-functional technical programs.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
•Experience managing programs with multiple workstreams, cross-functional dependencies, and stakeholder engagement.
•Experience with SaaS platforms, data flows, integrations, APIs, internal tooling, customer support systems, and automation workflows.
•Experience with program/portfolio management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow PPM.
