Job Summary

Coordinate facility management activities for Airbus Helicopters’ site in Dugny, aligning FM services with business partner needs. Build trustful relationships with the Site Responsible, local teams, and support functions; ensure operational continuity and represent CAPEX/OPEX needs. Lead on-site FM teams, manage risks and compliance, drive performance on time/cost/quality, and lead complex projects and strategic initiatives while sharing best practices across sites.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate facility management activities on the Airbus Helicopters PLB site and act as a focal point for operational and strategic FM initiatives.
•Ensure operational continuity by identifying necessary investments and defending CAPEX/OPEX budgets.
•Lead on-site facility management teams to foster cohesion, collaboration, and mutual support.
•Guarantee performance on delivery timelines, costs, and quality to ensure client satisfaction; lead complex, major projects.
•Anticipate and escalate risks and opportunities, ensure safety of assets and people, and promote security, ethics, and compliance rules along with digital solutions.

Key Requirements

•10–15+ years of management / cross-functional management experience in an industrial sector.
•Ability to independently decide and organize operational activities.
•Ability to federate teams from different organizations and challenge stakeholders and FMRE teams.
•Strong oral and written communication skills in English and French.
•Customer-centric mindset with a strong culture of safety, ethics, and compliance.
