Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate facility management activities on the Airbus Helicopters PLB site and act as a focal point for operational and strategic FM initiatives.
  • •Ensure operational continuity by identifying necessary investments and defending CAPEX/OPEX budgets.
  • •Lead on-site facility management teams to foster cohesion, collaboration, and mutual support.
  • •Guarantee performance on delivery timelines, costs, and quality to ensure client satisfaction; lead complex, major projects.
  • •Anticipate and escalate risks and opportunities, ensure safety of assets and people, and promote security, ethics, and compliance rules along with digital solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •10–15+ years of management / cross-functional management experience in an industrial sector.
  • •Ability to independently decide and organize operational activities.
  • •Ability to federate teams from different organizations and challenge stakeholders and FMRE teams.
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills in English and French.
  • •Customer-centric mindset with a strong culture of safety, ethics, and compliance.
