Hands-on renewal specialist responsible for owning and closing a portfolio of customer renewals in a B2B SaaS environment. Manages end-to-end renewal lifecycle, identifies renewal risk, executes save plays, negotiates terms, and collaborates with Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to minimize churn and protect ARR.

Key Responsibilities

•Own a defined portfolio of customer renewals across one or more segments and manage the full renewal lifecycle with timely progress and defined milestones.
•Identify renewal risk early and execute save plays, including structured outreach and escalation when needed.
•Lead commercial renewal negotiations within agreed parameters to protect ARR and minimize discount leakage, applying the appropriate renewal motion (auto-renewal or negotiated).
•Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and provide input to renewal pipeline and risk reporting cycles.
•Collaborate with Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth contract execution and contract queries are resolved.
