Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Core HCM and Workday Analytics modules.
  • •Deliver scalable Workday solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
  • •Lead small to medium Workday enhancements and projects from design to deployment.
  • •Drive continuous improvement using user-experience focus, automation, digitalization, and AI capabilities.
  • •Evaluate new Workday features and develop reports, dashboards, and functional documentation; support complex troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience configuring Workday (deployment and support) within HCM.
  • •Experience working on Workday deployment and optimization projects in a global environment.
  • •Strong understanding of Workday business object model and integrations, collaborating with integration engineers and 3rd-party vendors.
  • •Experience with business analysis, configuration, testing, end-user training, and data management.
  • •Fluent in English with customer-focused mindset and autonomy; good communication and analytical/problem-solving skills.
