Key Responsibilities

  • •Under general supervision, perform general labor responsibilities including preparing trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment and control/monitor load-out functions.
  • •Operate and maintain automated scale/dump systems and conduct daily/weekly/monthly maintenance tasks with proper equipment inspection and record keeping.
  • •Monitor and maintain quality of inventory and deliver products to customer sites.
  • •Maintain safe, clean work areas, perform housekeeping and grounds/warehouse maintenance (including snow removal and forklift/loader operation), and report complaints, repair needs, or safety concerns.
