Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as hands-on project owner and design expert for the Salesforce re-architecture, leading practical solution design and execution with senior peers.
  • •Translate best-practice strategy into concrete steps tailored to Bynder’s Salesforce environment.
  • •Proactively lead and align GTM and Operations stakeholders through requirements, execution, and delivery milestones.
  • •Own the project end-to-end: requirement analysis, detailed design, technical validation of developer output, and change management/user adoption.
  • •Manage both major initiatives and minor enhancements/day-to-day business support to maintain business continuity while driving scalable governance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of solution design experience on the Salesforce platform, with a track record of advanced configuration and independently leading complex projects.
  • •Advanced Salesforce architectural skills, including process documentation, data modeling, and system architecture, and the ability to break complex plans into phased execution.
  • •Strong domain knowledge of Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash processes, preferably in SaaS, with CPQ experience required and Agentforce Revenue Management preferred.
  • •Bias for action: create clear project plans, set expectations, and keep cross-functional teams accountable.
  • •Proficiency with project management and documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, Excel/G-Sheets, PowerPoint/G-Slides) and experience working in Agile (Scrum).
