Senior Lead - Group Model Risk Governance

Oversee model risk governance across the Group, managing the model lifecycle, model risk framework, and reporting to senior management, committees, and regulators. Maintain model inventories, issue logs, approvals, and governance frameworks (including GMGMF and GMVS), ensuring compliance with CBUAE MMS&G and industry practices. Partner with model owners, validation teams, and internal audit, analyze model risk data, and support regulatory submissions and remediation plans.
