Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and coach the Operations Associates team, including onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
  • •Own the end-to-end relocation experience from pre-arrival planning through onboarding (flights, housing, transportation, local orientation).
  • •Build playbooks, SOPs, and dashboards to track relocation KPIs such as on-time arrivals and candidate satisfaction.
  • •Show up personally when candidates need help during early onboarding.
  • •Pre-scope new facility cities by traveling to assess housing, transport, and on-the-ground realities; coordinate with Account Management, Immigration, and Licensing.
