Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and steer the operational scope in line with the division’s vision, strategic goals, and overarching directives.
  • •Develop and implement a sustainable strategy for the German immigration market in cooperation with Sector and Country Managing Directors, focused on profitable growth and margin improvement.
  • •Ensure successful, high-quality delivery of existing services, fulfilling contractual obligations and creating sustainable value for customers, employees, and shareholders.
  • •Provide regional leadership and strategic development for the team, including hiring, leading, and developing Contract Managers.
  • •Drive performance and governance, including financial management, implementation of processes/systems/governance structures, and achievement of KPIs and SLAs.

  • •Comprehensive understanding of core business functions and their interconnections, including finance, business development, human resources, communication, and operational steering.
  • •Proven transformational leadership experience with a track record of initiating, steering, and sustainably implementing change in complex organizations.
