Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver program/contract performance, including overall program management and execution for a NSWC-DD services support contract.
  • •Provide oversight of technical and administrative contract performance, including staffing, schedule, cost, quality, deliverables, compliance, customer coordination, and risk management.
  • •Ensure program activities conform to contract terms and the applicable Statement of Work (SOW), company standards, and customer organization standards.
  • •Lead and direct employees with authority for personnel decisions, coordinating a large, geographically dispersed mission-support workforce.
  • •Track milestones and performance indicators, prepare reports and contract data deliverables (including CDRLs), and maintain customer satisfaction through responsive communication and issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Active DoD Secret security clearance.
  • •10 years of program management experience covering both technical and administrative aspects of Government contract performance, including contract data deliverables, schedule, and cost oversight.
  • •5 years of experience managing Federal Government programs/contracts.
  • •Experience managing Navy, DoD, or Federal mission-support services contracts (preferably at a Navy Working Capital Fund, warfare center, or similar environment) and managing Service Contract Act (SCA) employees.
  • •Ability to travel 10%–20% and conduct site visits with the customer and team.
