Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AIOps journeys and Service Management solutions with the Lead Site Reliability Engineer.
  • •Create and implement use cases that improve incident detection, impact assessment, diagnosis, evidence correlation, recovery guidance, and problem management.
  • •Develop secure integrations across Service Management platforms and observability data sources, including Grafana and enterprise platform capabilities.
  • •Build Grafana dashboards and service-health views that integrate metrics, logs, traces, events, alerts, and service context.
  • •Automate workflows and CI/CD delivery, including build/testing/packaging/deployment, unit/integration tests, and maintain runbooks and technical documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of hands-on software engineering experience in production-critical or enterprise technology environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent).
  • •Strong programming capability in Python or Java; experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL, or enterprise scripting languages is advantageous.
  • •Experience designing and building REST APIs, service integrations, data processing components, and workflow automation.
  • •Experience with observability/monitoring (Grafana; metrics/logs/traces/alerting or OpenTelemetry) and with AIOps/AI-assisted operational tooling (AI/ML/LLMs).
