Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the activities of team employees under the direction of the Production Supervisor.
  • •Model safety leadership and ensure safety/housekeeping hazard checks are completed, addressing issues immediately.
  • •Lead risk assessment activities and drive corrective and preventive actions to eliminate or reduce EHS risks.
  • •Communicate daily priority information (numbers, safety topics, maintenance and quality issues) and support investigations and root-cause analysis for safety incidents.
  • •Lead meetings and coordinate training/development; coach and motivate employees and provide input on performance appraisals and promotions.
