Personal Banker Associate I- Flint Area

Join the Financial Center team as a Retail Personal Banker I-in-training, completing a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service. Use a consultative sales approach and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, cross-sell retail products, and proactively reach customers using CAMP and approved marketing tools. Process teller transactions and collaborate with business partners to refer and deliver holistic financial solutions while meeting production and customer experience goals.
