  • •Manage planned and unplanned maintenance to maintain safe, effective operating environments for operating units.
  • •Monitor maintenance contracts and contractor performance against KPIs, SLAs, and standards.
  • •Review equipment performance and recommend replacement/write-off to optimize operations and maintenance costs.
  • •Prepare maintenance budget estimates, analyze cost controls/variances, and forecast maintenance expenditure.
  • •Lead people management activities including prioritization, delegation, training recommendations, and performance management for direct reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • •5+ years of experience within Maintenance.
  • •Experience in the Oil & Gas Distribution Industry (Fueling Equipment).

  • •Knowledge of fuel dispensing systems, underground fuel storage, fuel piping networks, leak detection, forecourt infrastructure, and LV switchgear panels.
