Job Summary

Design and maintain enterprise ontologies, taxonomies, and semantic models for financial services clients. Build and manage knowledge graphs that enable natural-language access, reasoning, and AI-driven insights, and define entities, relationships, rules, and vocabularies using RDF/OWL/SKOS. Translate banking and regulatory knowledge into machine-readable semantic models, and partner with Data, Architecture, and AI teams to embed these capabilities into domain agents and future AI products.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and maintain enterprise ontologies, taxonomies, and semantic models across financial services.
•Develop and manage enterprise knowledge graphs to enable natural language access, reasoning, and AI-driven insights.
•Define business entities, relationships, rules, and vocabularies using RDF/OWL/SKOS semantic standards.
•Translate business knowledge, policies, and regulatory requirements into machine-readable semantic models.
•Partner with Data, Architecture, and AI teams to embed ontology and knowledge graph capabilities into domain agents and future AI products.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in ontology modelling, knowledge engineering, or semantic data architecture within financial services.
•Proven experience building enterprise knowledge graphs and designing ontologies (mandatory).
•Strong taxonomy design and semantic modelling skills, including controlled vocabularies, business glossaries, and ontology management.
•Strong conceptual and logical data modelling ability to model complex business domains and relationships.
•Experience translating business knowledge, policies, and regulatory requirements into machine-readable semantic models, including structured rules and metadata standards (e.g., YAML, JSON).
